Completely reset the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds Removing the device after saving any recordings you may need and then re-setting the device up Testing Live View with device next to the router Ensuring device is fully charged Looking at Device Health and confirming RSSI is in acceptable range. Did not capture someone who I know came to my front door later todayand now when trying to access LiveView just get Activating Device Spinning wheel endlessly spinning away.
Ring starts live view when it detects motion so trigger the event and check if it is working properly.

Open Ring App and Tap on Device Settings. I also have 2 stick up cams that also are not working with the same error message as the ring. Captured motion today at noon that video is available.
